The one who terrorized Evan / crying child, however maybe the reason the book isn't cannon is because this is a different dimension where crying child survives the bite or maybe never gets bit at all and instead takes form in HIS child for cheating death?

I know this isn’t the video but I’m targeting the Golden Freddy solved thing and also the “your pain powers us” thing. You said that the animatronics are either possessed by souls OR agony, so then why is Golden Freddy twitching according to all cutscenes? (mainly referencing 9800 cutscene UCN) you also said that there could be more than just 2 souls in Golden Freddy, so what if, just throwing this out here, Golden Freddy isn’t actually twitching, but there is a soul controlling each moving part and they’re just trying to become in sync or something in that category...also, I’m questioning why in FNAF 2 when Golden Freddy jumpscares, there are no eyes (white dots) seen, yet in the 9800 UCN cutscene there are eyes, (white dots) and it’s even more odd since it’s farther away. That I have no possibly explanation for (none with logic at least) but yeah that’s a thing. :>

I need to ask a question so tell me if this is known how does micheal not express fear infect he acts like he knows what’s going on but how would he infact remember the sister location night where he is in the spring lock suit how does he stay calm or fnaf 1 where he tinkers with the robots how would he now that something was there that shouldn’t be that’s more then the hardware and in the scooper room he could’ve moved out the way but why didn’t he and his message to his father how does he stay calm while expressing that he should be dead how does his psychology work

Ok, I'm not convinced, but there's enough there that it's not out of the question. If we have theory on how to use the alphabet grid, could someone check what page an would direct you to for an answer to the question? If there's something feasible there, we probably have our solution. If not, back to the drawing board.

I have a theory but what if Michael was the crying child and his older brother Terrence put him in the head of Fred Bear and like you said the nightmares were just done illusion disk just like as we find a Funtime Freddy making his toy plushies look more real and ballora is Clara and the animatronic was possessed by her soul because of her song she sings was her story and what if the story wasn't Michael's but what if Terrance his older brother was he one who got scooped.

I’m never been a fan of horror game or horror story’s. I’ve watched FNAF let’s plays but I never got in to FNAF till I watched my first Game Theory vid on FNAF. I’ve been reading the books... but I’m still to chicken to play the games. That was till I watched the trailer for Security Breach. I’m hell bent on playing this one and it’s thank to you MatPat and the FNAF creator. I have fallen in love with FNAF even if I’ve never played the games... Sorry I’m having a hard time typing this and not getting tears on the keyboard (YES I’M CRYING) The FNAF story and characters helped to inspire a story (for a game or book) I’ve been working on for 9 years (but still working on). So I just want to say Thank you.😊

Hey I have a theory as well but, if you have seen the security breach trailer, the music seems similar to me, and if you listen the balloras music box the music matches in 0:30 in the new trailer, so maybe security breach is linked with ballora or sister location in a way?

My theory: I'm a little onto this one now. is it possible the crying child is actually named after Eddie Van Halen? Im looking at it this way having noticed the striking similarity between Withered Chica and how Angus Young looks on the cover for AC/DCs Powerage. And if you listen to the lyrics of Enter Sandman by Metallica, you may notice some similarities between the events of FNaF IV and the lyrics of the song. is it possible that we need to look in these highly unexpected areas to complete the lore? it may just be my metalhead self speaking, but I can really see the similarities between these things and the series. because if I'm being honest, there have been many unexpected turns in the franchise, so we need to look in places we would never expect, like a genre of music, Classic Rock.

unrelated thought i had recently: you ever notice how the both book stories "the lonely ones" and "step closer" are about an older brother who dislikes and tries to thwart a younger sibling before realizing their fault, being stranded alone with a malicious animatronic, and then tragically endingthe story with their soul stuck somewhere? (alec gets trapped inside a lonely freddy, and peter is trapped inside his dead body) and how both stories have themes surrounding or relating to foxy, and themes of loss of limbs? (in the lonely ones, alec rips an arm off a foxy toy) it seems like he's really trying to say something about the lore of fnaf. it might simply be confirming the identity of foxybro (michael), but it could very well be doing more.

@Niseikaku Matsukawa Chris is not a Canon name. Only idiotic gacha children use it. Shadow freddy is purely a hallucination as confirmed by Scott. The crying child's spirit was lingering with Michael after death as implied by the logbook and the "it's me" hallucinations. Glitchtrap is a digital clone of william made out of remnant left over from the springtrap computer chips.

I was playing vr one day and I was in a glitch trap skin and me and this kid had a whole convo that Micheal Afton was foxy and we said that it must’ve not been coincidental that mike had the foxy mask so I said that since we have no idea who mike’s friends were we said that his friends are the missing children that are in the suits but that just means that fritz and mike also share a suit(or mike is nightmare foxy) and so does one of the other animatronics because there is a VERY popular rumor that can very well be true that ‘Simon’ is one of the names of mike’s old friends. I truly believe in this little theory that me and this random kid made and there is another theory that glitchtrap controlled William into killing the kids and btw with that future crying child thing there is a video that has all the events that happened in the Fnaf series thing, and it states something about 2023 I believe so correct me if I’m wrong! Ok, PLEASE HEAR ME OUT! I was rewatching some of matpats old videos and found something. In his video titled "fnaf: the big mistake", we see that he showed some leaked pictures. Among them was a blurred one. When pat fixed up the picture a bit, you can see that it's clearly ennard. Ennard has a half closed eye which has never been explained. Who else has a half closed eye? Lefty. So what if lefty is actually ennards newer form? Maybe he was rebuilt somehow... Like maybe the stitchwraith? What if that was why the sw was collecting all of those parts? What if that's why lefty is a big part of this game series. It might be the updated version of ennard, so does that mean that he is going to show up in another game? Maybe he will show up in security breach as a secret or something? PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE!!! SEE this theory matpat. It might be wrong, but just look it over.

pls do a theory on the tarr in slime rancher bc I think its a good idea because the tarr look like an item in game (not in inventory) its some sort of oil that has a bit of rainbowness to it and so does tarr also tarrs explode after a while in the sun (takes longer at night) and tarrs also die if they are hit with water (2 hits at night) idk if tar does that irl and why do tarrs even exist because after a slime eats 2 plorts it turns into tarr but there's so much color tinted in it and almost the whole thing turns black it also can grab stuff with this "arm" and when they eat slimes they turn into more tarr even if its not a largo

Make. A. Theory. On. Little nightmares. I don’t care if it is about the 1st game, second game, or both. PLEASE make a theory on little nightmares. The game is just asking for there to be a theory. There are unanswered questions like what is six’s goal, why are there monsters, who are some monsters that hold mysteries to their origin (The lady). Do humans grow and eventually become the monsters. Why do the monsters want to kill the humans. What is up with the tv people? What is up with the tv powers. Is there something going on that’s darker than we even imagined?
