The lack of accessories is not an issue of value, but an issue of: The customer don't matter. If you are a prestigious brand, you would aspire to deliver the most prestigious package to the consumer. What if Tesla stopped selling wheels? What if Starbucks stopped selling coffee in cups? What if architects design schools without classrooms? What if McDonald's sold you cheeseburgers without cheese? It's sad that in 2021, basic things like basic customer service and product essentials have to be taught.

S21 ultra is good but the only reason why Samsung can getaway with charging high price for it is because xiaomi is not mainstream in the US yet

That intro was so smooth, that I watched it at least 20 times

I dropped my s10 and called my insurance and filed for it. But at the time I couldn’t afford the deductible for it. When I finally called back they said because of how long I waited I lost my claim. I checked around and with Samsung website and got a price of 280 something. When I called Samsung I explained to them that because of my plant shutting down certain days due to covid I didn’t have the money then and now that my plant is back open pretty much all the time I do and Samsung because of that offered me over 60% discount to bring it to the same price my insurance wanted for a deductible. Which is pretty cool I am definitely sticking to Samsung now. I didn’t even have to ask the lady on the phone offered and said they like to take care of their customers regardless of a pandemic or not.

This phone sucks! I've had it for a month and the battery socks, you notice the resolution and it overheats after less than 5min playing a simple game. My Huawei mate 20pro still outperforms it. The only reason I switched was coz of Google support but I will never buy another Samsung! Waste of money

They drop the resolution from QHD to FHD, now you can watch YT videos in 4K even in FHD

Honestly my dad upgraded from his S9 and as someone who's still using his S8, the S21 feels like shit. It's light. It feels cheap. Idk how you don't notice. The plastic feels so bad when all the other high end competitors are glass and feel great. Also it fuuucking heats up man. Idk how people aren't complaining about it all

i would never pay these prices for a phone because even if you use it a ton, it's just not warranted. you can't even use all the power these phones have on such a tiny device. but i have to say, one of the most beautiful devices i've ever seen. and samsungs displays are just out of this world. very very beautiful.

Only issue I have with the new S21 is that they don't come with Full disk encryption anymore. There is no real sense of security for samsung phones anymore

I just purchased this phone. Coming from LG v60 and one plus 8t 5g. This phone is just right. The screen is crisp and is the perfect size. I love that the back is not glass. The ui is fast and smooth. I don't regret this purchase at all.

After a bunch of research, I got the S21 base model last weekend. I didn't need the silly zoom on the Ultra. The S21 has a really amazing camera! I just used it to make pictures and videos in a factory. Shots ranged from tiny details in a dim mezzanine to broad areas with tall bright ceilings. Everything about the camera is great. The 0.5 zoom gives a crazy wide shot. The pro modes give absolute control over ISO, aperture, color temp shift, focus, zoom, and more. I was able to balance every shot on the spot, dramatically reducing post processing effort. I'm really pleased with my purchase.

I am here to see if this is good because my father is buying this after always hating androids in general so i am curious to see what changed his mind

Refresh rate over resolution 💯%. Everytime.

Less than 60% the amount of pixels on screen - it should perform pretty quickly! That helps with the battery too...

If y'all cant afford an S series phone, get an A. It is a perfect alternative phone!
