If he is convicted in the Senate he would lose all of those perks. as well as the ability to serve in Federal office. Last, I think that there are fine people in both parties, Trump belongs in neither party and should be banned from running, which is another reason for conviction. 56 people who signed the Declaration of Independence were willing to risk their lives and take on one of the most powerful countries on Earth.
