I have been trying to get mine started. Do you mind sharing your main needle settings and idle needle settings. I have my main needle at 2 turns out and idle needle at 1.5 turns out. I can't get it to start. Not sure if my igniter is defective. Igniter voltage is between 1.29 and 1.39 volts.

I only put thread lock on specific screws that was stated in the instructions. That being said, if it's going to blow up, I guess we will find it out.

There is oil in the fuel. The excess goes to the crankshaft with blowby. It stays in the crankcase until it's pushed out by the overflow fitting.

I find it interesting that I can buy an engine for about twice the price as this yet its moves a full ton where as this moves maybe 150 pounds reasonably. I'd buy one if it weren't for that reason as I wouldn't be using it for RC but for display purposes.
